Multi Day Tour rates can be as little as $80 per day with transportation, hotel, breakfast and dinner daily all included.  However, depending on your selections and preferences can be as high as $150 daily and in some cases even higher.  You determine the price; each trip moderator has different academic objectives and budgetary needs to meet.  When you call, one of our trip specialists will discuss all aspects of your tour to ensure you have the best class trip to meet your needs.  Some considerations will be:

via deluxe VCR equipped motorcoach or airline?

Will you choose a convenient city location or select a more cost effective one in the outer perimeters?  Would you prefer rooms accommodating 4 students or suites accommodating 6?

Number of Meals Daily, Continental Breakfast or Full American?

Can vary greatly in any city of travel , from the admission free Smithsonian Museums in Washington D.C. to an exciting matinee performance in New York City.  Discuss your itinerary and curriculum objectives with our tour specialist.

Depending on your selection, it may affect the rate.  For example, if your destination is New York, there are several options; will you choose the Broadway tickets ranging from $25 - $100 per ticket or enjoy the Empire State Building Observation Deck for $6 a person?  Or you could simply take the evening to unwind by the pool in the hotel for free.

We will recommend the attractions and cities where utilizing a local guide will enhance the students knowledge and history of the host city in addition to aiding the driver with the most direct routes to avoid hours of delays for out of town drivers.

These are important decisions in determining the right tour for your group.  Our specialists are qualified and well versed in all aspects of class trips.  We will work with you in deciding and customizing an itinerary with a price that meets your specific needs.  This will ensure that you maximize your visit and that each student, chaperone and moderator returns home with memories of a great class trip.
